Important Online Banking Security Update
To help enhance the security of your Online Banking experience, we have implemented an update to the login verification process.
Effective immediately, when you sign in to Online Banking from an unrecognized device or browser, you may be prompted to verify your identity by entering a One-Time Passcode (OTP) sent to the email address associated with your Online Banking profile. This replaces the previous security question verification process.
To avoid receiving a One-Time Passcode (OTP) for subsequent logins, you have the option to select the box that states, "do not challenge me again on this device," after entering the OTP and clicking submit.
Business Online Banking Customers: If you use QuickBooks® or Quicken®, this security enhancement may temporarily affect your account connection. Click here for instructions on downloading your transactions and importing them into QuickBooks.
To ensure you can successfully access your account, please verify that your email address on file is current and accessible. If you need to update your email address, please visit your local branch for assistance.
