15. Instant Balance

Using the BoB Mobile App you can select up to 6 account balances to view without logging in, just tap Instant Balance at the top of the login screen. To turn this feature on, log into your BoB app, click More tab at the bottom right of your screen and select Instant Balance under Settings. Select the accounts you want to view without login in and click save.

16. Face ID

To activate the Face ID recognition on your BoB mobile app, simply log in, click on More at the bottom right of your screen and select Face ID under Settings where you can turn it on and off as you like.

 


How to Enroll in Online Banking:

If you haven’t enrolled yet, we can show you how to create your online account, simply follow these steps:

  1. Go to the home page of our website bankofbartlett.com, then click the Online Banking Login button.
  2. A window will appear with the spaces to enter your OLB credentials, don’t worry, we’ll come back to this window once you get your temp credentials. At the bottom of this window, you will see a button that says Enroll Now, click on it.
  3. A new window will open up with fields for you to fill out, these fields are:  account type, account #, SSN, Mother’s maiden name, date of birth, and email. Once you are finished click Begin Enrollment, answer your security questions and temp credentials will be sent to your email.

 

**If you receive an error message when clicking Begin Enrollment, contact us, we might be missing some of your information like your email address or your mother’s maiden name.
